ÖZNUR KABLO, one of Türkiye’s leading cable manufacturers, was established in Istanbul in 1989 with 100% domestic capital.
Equipped with modern IT infrastructure and automation technologies, ÖZNUR KABLO has an annual production capacity of 40,000 tonnes of natural and colored PVC granules and 70,000 tonnes of 8 mm electrolytic copper wire rod, as well as an annual processing capacity of 6,000 tonnes of XLPE and 10,000 tonnes of HFFR materials.
Reflecting its commitment to quality, people, and the environment, ÖZNUR KABLO holds certifications for the TS-ISO-EN 9000 Quality Management System, TS-ISO-EN 14000 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System. The company has adopted internationally recognized quality management principles as a core part of its operations.
In 2015, ÖZNUR KABLO began manufacturing low- and medium-voltage power cables with aluminum conductors at its fourth factory, established on a 25,000 m² indoor site. The facility is equipped with aluminum wire drawing and fine-wire drawing lines, aluminum conductor stranding lines, a second continuous vulcanization (CV) insulation line for XLPE medium-voltage cables, an AER cable production line, and production lines for overhead line conductors with aluminum conductors.
Today, ÖZNUR KABLO operates one of Türkiye’s most advanced cable manufacturing facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art production lines and quality-control laboratories. Its facilities include an SCR plant for the production of 8 mm electrolytic copper wire rod, a CV XLPE insulation line capable of producing high-voltage cables up to 154 kV, copper and aluminum wire drawing and fine-wire drawing lines, conductor and core stranding lines, extrusion lines for 0.6/1 kV PVC-, XLPE-, and HFFR-insulated and sheathed cables, PVC granule production systems, and packaging machinery.
Supported by advanced testing laboratories that perform quality-control inspections on all products, ÖZNUR KABLO serves its customers in accordance with international quality standards.
Since its establishment, ÖZNUR KABLO has made customer satisfaction a core principle. In addition to offering products that comply with TSE, VDE, IEC, and GOST-R standards, the company also responds to requests for specially designed cables tailored to specific customer requirements.
